By using Calvex Studio's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
We provide web development, digital marketing, AI automation, and related services. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual project agreements.
Payment terms are defined in your project agreement. For retainers, payment is due at the start of each billing period. Project work may require a deposit before work begins.
Upon full payment, you own all custom deliverables we create for you. We retain rights to our proprietary tools and may use anonymized work samples in our portfolio.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Outstanding fees for completed work become due immediately upon termination.
